How returns, refunds and delivery work
Delivery
Every product is digital. Codes are sent to your email within 2–10 minutes of payment, 24/7; logins and account handovers may take up to an hour while a seller confirms them.
Replacement
If a code does not work, tell us within 24 hours with a screenshot and it is replaced or refunded. Codes that have already been redeemed cannot be replaced.
Refunds
A refund is issued when we cannot deliver or replace. It goes back to the original payment method or to a bKash or Nagad number within 3 working days.
Top-ups
Player IDs are your responsibility — double-check them before paying. A top-up sent to the ID you entered cannot be reversed.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled any time before the code is issued. Once delivered, digital goods cannot be cancelled or returned.
